A large data company with numerous in-house reporting methods and analysis, required integration with an online analytics platform. 'Out-of-the-box' tools did not match with the company's approach and took too long to match relevant data with company analysis.
Solution
Lynchpin worked with the company to identify website goals, marketing strategy and customer conversion processes.
Armed with this information a custom dashboard was created and designed around the company's own particular marketing approach.
Further custom reports were also delivered to help pull together their
marketing teams, save on resources and help them gain a more holistic approach to their marketing techniques.
Lynchpin continued to work closely with client to extend detailed,
wholly compatible functionality and provide more in-depth analysis.
