One of Lynchpin's travel clients operates a relatively complex affiliate relationship utilising a co-branded site. They needed to
be able to track the division of revenue, dependent upon whether customers had first interacted with co-branded site prior to purchasing from one of their mainstream sites.
Solution
Lynchpin created a custom report that matched exactly the terms of the affiliate contract. This gave both companies an accurate run down of the conversions made on the mainstream sites and whether any of the sales had involved customers who had first visited the co-brand site within a 90 day period.
The client benefited from a completely transparent reconciliation of the impact of the project on which to judge return on investment.
