Analytics Apps For Your iPhone

The popularity of Apples App Store has spread to web analytics. Several developers have released apps to allow users to gain mobile access to their analytics data.

Most apps are Google Analytics themed, but companies like Omniture have also released their own apps. The rise of Google Analytics apps is related to the release of the Google Analytics Data Export API which allows users to easily pull their data outwith the standard Google Analytics environment.

Some of the apps now available are:

Analytics Apps has an average rating 4 out of 5 from app store reviewers and only works with Google Analytics.

Analytics Agent Pro is a newer Google Analytics app that has an average rating of 3 out of 5.

Omniture have released Omniture Sitecatalyst for iPhone which reviewers have scored 2 out of 5.

Touchlytics is the newest analytics app in the app store and has not yet received any ratings.
